A tenancy document can change deadlines and options, so start with the exact title, form number, issue date, service method, property address, parties and stated deadline.

Use the current RTA forms page before relying on a downloaded copy, screenshot, old template or document saved from a previous tenancy.

Save the whole document, including all pages.
Keep the envelope, email headers or message details.
Check whether the document names the correct parties and property.
Check whether the stated issue matches the form being used.
