What is stored locally
Checklist progress and some tool drafts may be stored in your browser's localStorage so the page remembers low-risk progress on the same device.
LocalStorage is not encrypted. Anyone with access to your device or browser profile may be able to view it.
Forms and transmissions
The feedback forms are static-site forms. They validate in the browser and prepare a draft message for your own email app. RentPath does not run a backend form database in this cPanel build.
Analytics and tracking
No third-party analytics, advertising trackers, cookies or user accounts are included by default.
Sensitive information warning
Do not enter identity documents, bank details, complete tenancy files, passwords, medical details or unsafe domestic violence information into calculators, templates or feedback forms.
Clear saved checklist data
Use the clear local data button on the tools page or below. This only clears RentPath data stored in this browser.
