Where a rule depends on tenancy type, agreement date, circumstances or exceptions, RentPath labels the information as conditional and points users to official sources.
Source verification and update policy
Major legal-information pages include a last reviewed date. The source register records topic, organisation, URL and date checked.
RentPath should be reviewed after major Queensland rental law reforms, RTA form updates, QCAT process changes and emergency service contact changes.
Corrections, accessibility and privacy
